Juxing Minghua has completed a shipment of specially designed Polyurethane (PU) Sandwich Panels for a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in the United Arab Emirates. In a region with extreme external temperatures, the insulation performance of these panels is critical.
Our PU panels for cold storage feature a high-density core and a special food-grade coating, providing exceptional thermal efficiency to maintain consistent, low internal temperatures. This directly minimizes energy loss and optimizes the operational cost of the refrigeration systems. The panels also incorporate a tight joint seal to prevent thermal bridging and moisture ingress, ensuring long-term integrity and hygiene.
The panels were shipped with extra care to protect their sensitive surfaces and edges. Upon arrival, they will be installed by our technical team to guarantee the airtight seal required for such a specialized application.
